About the Service
What is GlobalEntryPing?
GlobalEntryPing is an independent alerting service that monitors Global Entry, NEXUS, and SENTRI enrollment centers 24/7 for available interview appointments. When a slot opens up (due to a cancellation or new release), we send you an SMS alert so you can book it before anyone else.
Does this book the appointment for me?
No. We are an alerting service only. When you receive an SMS, you need to log in to the official TTP website (ttp.cbp.dhs.gov) and book the appointment yourself. We cannot access your account or book on your behalf.
Is this affiliated with the government?
No. GlobalEntryPing is a privately-owned, independent service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), or any government agency or program.
Why are there no appointments at my location?
Global Entry continues to be in extremely high demand, with over 4 million applications per year. Popular enrollment centers at major airports are typically booked 6 to 12+ months out. However, cancellations and new batch releases happen frequently — that is exactly what we monitor for.
Do you cover enrollment centers outside the U.S.?
Not at this time. GlobalEntryPing currently monitors U.S.-based enrollment centers only, including those that offer NEXUS and SENTRI programs. Canadian enrollment centers (such as Toronto, Vancouver, and Montreal) are managed by the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) through a separate scheduling system. If you need to schedule at a Canadian location, you can do so through the CBSA Trusted Traveller scheduler.
Alerts & Notifications
How fast are the alerts?
We scan every 30 seconds and send SMS alerts within seconds of detecting a new slot. At busy centers like JFK, LAX, and SFO, appointment slots can disappear in under 2 minutes. Our speed gives you the best chance of booking before anyone else.
How many alerts will I get per day?
You will receive up to 25 alerts per day across all your monitored locations. The actual number depends on how many cancellations and new openings occur at your chosen enrollment centers.
Can I monitor multiple locations?
Yes. You can monitor up to 3 enrollment centers simultaneously, and set custom date ranges for each one. You can also change your monitored locations at any time from your dashboard.
What does the SMS alert look like?
You will receive a text message with the enrollment center name, appointment date and time, and a link to the official TTP website where you can log in and book the slot.
Pricing & Refunds
What is free?
Our interview wait times page is completely free — no account needed. You can check real-time availability at all U.S. enrollment centers for Global Entry, NEXUS, and SENTRI. If a slot is available soon, we link you straight to the TTP website to book it yourself.
How much do SMS alerts cost?
$29, one-time payment. You get SMS alerts until you book your interview or choose to opt out. There is no subscription, no auto-renewal, and no recurring charges. We recommend this if your preferred location shows a long wait on our free wait times page.
How long do alerts last?
Your alerts stay active until you book your appointment or choose to stop them. There is no 30-day cutoff. Once you have booked your interview, simply reply STOP to any text or turn off alerts from your dashboard, and we will stop immediately.
What if I don't get an appointment?
Since alerts stay active until you book, you have plenty of time. But if for any reason you are unsatisfied, we offer a full refund within 30 days of purchase, no questions asked. Simply contact us through our contact page.
Will I be charged again?
Absolutely not. There is no auto-renewal, no recurring charge, no hidden fees. You pay once and get alerts until you book or opt out. We will never charge you again.
How do I stop alerts?
You can stop alerts anytime by replying STOP to any text message, turning off alerts from your dashboard, or contacting us. We will stop immediately with no questions asked.
